PREPARATION:

Add salt, dried oregano, dried basil and dried thyme , and about 1 ½ tbsp of the Jamaican jerk seasoning spice to the bowl, stir and set aside.Place all jerk seasoning marinade ingredients into food processor and blend. Pour off excess water (if any) water from the soy granules. Pour jerk marinade over soy granules, mix in well and let sit for 5-10 minutes. Heat pan or skillet over a medium high heat, pour soy granules into the hot plan and let cook for about 2-3 minutes (optional : add browning to soy granules)
